These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and phginto ("phginto," "we," "us," "our"). These Terms apply to all use of the phginto website, mobile platform, games, and related services. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the phginto platform. Access to phginto is restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age and are legally permitted to participate in online gaming under applicable Philippine law.

Introduction

  • You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) accessing the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

  • You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of phginto or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
  • You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by phginto or by any regulatory authority with jurisdiction over your gaming activity.
  • You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.
Age Verification

phginto conducts mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for all accounts. Accepted identification documents include the PhilSys National ID, Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS ID, and PRC ID. Accounts that cannot be verified as belonging to a player aged 21 or above will be suspended and any deposits refunded.

Account Registration

Each eligible individual may register only one (1) account on phginto. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

  • All information provided during registration must be truthful and verifiable.
  • phginto reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided.
  • Accounts registered using false, misleading, or unverifiable information may be suspended or permanently closed without prior notice.
  • phginto enforces a strict one-account-per-player policy. If you have lost access to a previous account, contact support rather than creating a new registration.
  • Account registration is free of charge. phginto will never charge a fee for creating or maintaining a standard player account.

Account Security & Confidentiality

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phginto account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

  • Choose a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.
  • Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.
  • Never share your login credentials with any other person, including family members.
  • Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
  • Notify phginto support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

phginto will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from phginto that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

phginto shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials, except where such loss results directly from phginto's own negligence or breach of its security obligations.

Deposits & Payment Methods

phginto accepts deposits via the following payment methods, which are compliant with Philippine payment regulations:

  • E-Wallets: GCash, PayMaya (Maya)
  • Bank Transfer: BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank
  • Debit Card: Visa and Mastercard debit cards issued by Philippine banks
Prohibited Payment Methods

phginto does not accept deposits via credit card (credit card gambling deposits are prohibited under Philippine regulations) or any form of cryptocurrency. Attempts to deposit using prohibited methods will be declined and may trigger an account review.

All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the Cashier page of your account and may vary by payment method. phginto does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Section 6

Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your phginto account are subject to the following conditions:

  • Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
  • Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
  • The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used to fund the account, where technically possible, to comply with anti-money laundering requirements.
  • Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed on the Cashier page of your account.
  • Withdrawal requests are reviewed by the phginto finance team before processing. Requests submitted during business hours are typically reviewed within one (1) hour.
  • GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for verified accounts are processed in under five (5) minutes following approval. Bank transfers typically clear within one (1) to three (3) banking hours.
  • phginto reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been detected.

Any bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirements applicable to each bonus are set out in the relevant bonus terms, which form part of these Terms by reference.

Section 7

Bonuses & Promotions

phginto offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

  • Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. phginto reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
  • Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless the specific bonus terms state otherwise.
  • Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x means you must wager thirty times the bonus amount).
  • Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution rates by game category are published on the Promotions page of your account.
  • Bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus funds and associated winnings that remain subject to wagering requirements at the time of expiry will be forfeited.
  • phginto reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to do so.
  • Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to bonus hunting, arbitrage betting, or collusion, constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.

Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the phginto platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

  • All random number generator (RNG) based games on phginto use independently audited RNG software. Game outcomes are determined solely by the RNG and are not influenced by phginto or any third party.
  • Live dealer games are conducted using physical equipment (cards, roulette wheels, dice) operated by trained dealers in a controlled studio environment. Results are final once the round is closed.
  • In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected round may be declared void and all wagers refunded. phginto's decision in such matters is final.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phginto platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

  • Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person.
  • Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
  • Using the platform while under the age of 21.
  • Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform or its games.
  • Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in games or the platform. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to phginto support immediately.
  • Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
  • Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the phginto platform or its games.
  • Harassing, threatening, or abusing phginto staff, live dealers, or other players through any communication channel.
  • Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
Section 10

Responsible Gaming

phginto is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. The platform provides a comprehensive suite of responsible gaming tools that are available to all registered players at no cost and take effect immediately upon activation:

  • Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your phginto account.
  • Loss Limits: Set limits on the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.
  • Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications at 15, 30, 60, or 120-minute intervals to remind you of the time spent playing.

Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the phginto platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any phginto Content without prior written consent.
  • Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on phginto Content.

  • Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the phginto platform.

Any unauthorised use of phginto Content may result in account termination and may expose you to civil or criminal liability under Philippine intellectual property law.

Section 12

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phginto's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phginto account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phginto shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise:

  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings.
  • Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
  • Losses arising from interruptions to the platform caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party service failures, telecommunications outages, or force majeure events.
  • Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
  • Losses arising from your reliance on any information published on the platform, including game RTP figures, promotional terms, or support communications.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit phginto's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Section 13

Account Termination & Suspension

phginto reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

  • Breach of any provision of these Terms.
  • Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
  • Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
  • Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider.
  • Instruction from a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.
  • Extended account inactivity (accounts with no login activity for twelve consecutive months may be classified as dormant).

You may close your phginto account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be refunded to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Accounts closed due to a breach of these Terms may have their balances forfeited at phginto's discretion, particularly where the breach involved fraudulent activity or abuse of bonuses.

Section 14

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with phginto through our internal complaints process:

  • Step 1: Submit a written complaint to the phginto support team via live chat or email, clearly describing the nature of the dispute and the resolution you are seeking.
  • Step 2: phginto will acknowledge your complaint within two (2) business days and provide a substantive response within ten (10) business days.
  • Step 3: If the dispute remains unresolved following phginto's response, you may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority.

phginto's decisions on matters of game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account status are final and binding, subject only to manifest error or fraud on phginto's part.

Amendments to These Terms

phginto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, phginto will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. Your continued use of the phginto platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
